Did you know it can take up to 12 tries to decide if you actually dislike a food? Maybe you just haven't met the way you like it prepared yet! Squishy, mushy cauliflower? No thanks! This week we are going after some slightly crispy roasted cauliflower with a big hit of buffalo taste! Serve with some grilled chicken, a side salad (and some blue cheese dressing for dipping of course) for an easy dinner in less than 30 minutes.
2 cups raw cauliflower
1/2 cup Frank's Hot sauce
2 tablespoons butter
Chop cauliflower into small pieces
Melt butter in microwave
Mix butter and hot sauce
Pour liquid over the cauliflower, mix well
Cook in air fryer on 360 for 15 minutes (or until golden brown)
