Our nutrition coaching program is structured around habit-based changes. You will not receive a meal plan or diet you have to follow and you will not be told what you can and can't eat. Your nutrition coach will help you clarify your goals, and identify the steps you need to take to reach those goals. The process of true habit change takes time, and the initial coaching period is a structured 12 weeks in order to support this. We are here to educate you and support you in making healthy eating a sustainable lifestyle choice.
