FALL PROGRAMS
Our programs are designed to introduce kids and teens to the world of CrossFit training in a fun and engaging way. Our goal is to help children build a strong foundation of fitness while also developing a lifelong love of physical activity.In addition to physical activity, our program also emphasizes the importance of proper nutrition and rest. We believe that a healthy lifestyle is essential for overall well-being, and we strive to educate children on the importance of making healthy choices.

Participants enrolled in Conway Elementary School, John Fuller Elementary School, Pine Tree School, Kennett Middle School are eligible for FREE PARTICIPATION due to a grant!Sign up using the appropriate link to the right.

Middle School Fitness Foundations
(Grades 7-9)

Middle School Fitness Foundations introduces students to a well-rounded approach to fitness, incorporating elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, and cardiovascular exercise. The program emphasizes the importance of proper form and technique, functional movements, and starts to use tools such as barbells and other forms of strength training.

The course is designed to be accessible and inclusive for all students, regardless of their fitness level or experience. By the end of the program, students will have developed a strong foundation in fitness and be equipped with the knowledge and skills to continue pursuing a healthy lifestyle beyond the gym.

Elementary School Fitness Foundations
(Grades 4-6)

The elementary school athlete program is where fun meets fitness! Through this program, younger athletes will discover the joy of movement while developing fundamental skills like strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. Our inclusive and accessible approach ensures that all children, regardless of their athletic ability or experience, can participate and feel confident.

We emphasize proper form, technique, and healthy habits like warm-up and cool-down routines and nutritious food choices. By the end of the program, children will have a solid foundation in fitness, and they will be excited to continue pursuing a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym.

Early Elementary School Weekend FUN (Grades 1-3)

The EARLY elementary school program is where fun meets fitness! Through this program, younger athletes will discover the joy of movement while developing fundamental skills that will introduce them to how fun a gym setting can be. Our inclusive and accessible approach ensures that all children, regardless of their athletic ability or experience, can participate and feel confident.

We emphasize a foundation of fitness and healthy habits with fun games and information. By the end of the program, children will have a solid foundation in fitness, and they will be excited to continue pursuing a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym.

December Elementary Holiday Fitness + Fun Camp

Valuable Life Lessons:
The camp experience goes beyond physical fitness. Children will learn essential life skills such as teamwork, perseverance, and self-discipline.

Our inclusive program welcomes children of all fitness levels, ensuring everyone feels supported and challenged.

December Holiday Teen Strength and Conditioning Camp (4 Days)

This is an intensive and challenging program designed to help young athletes build strength, power, and endurance using the principles of CrossFit training.

Dynamic Workouts:
Athletes will engage in high-intensity sessions including weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio exercises. Our skilled coaches focus on improving form, technique, and performance, ensuring safe and effective training.

Holistic Approach to Fitness:
Beyond physical training, we place a strong emphasis on the role of nutrition and rest in achieving overall well-being, imparting knowledge on healthy lifestyle choices.

Building Character:
The camp is not just about physical gains. Athletes will cultivate a robust work ethic, mental toughness, and self-discipline, vital traits for both fitness and life.

Whether your child is a budding athlete, an experienced competitor, or someone simply looking to improve their fitness, our program offers challenges and rewards for every skill level.

Parents Night Out! (Grades 1-6)

Pizza and drink included

Join us for our Parents' Night Out event for children in grades 1-6. Let your kids enjoy an evening packed with fun activities and new friendships, while you take some time for yourself, whether it's starting holiday shopping, or heading to Tuckerman next door!

We'll start the night with fun, fitness activities, than eat, chat a bit about nutrition, and end the night with a fitness movie!
