FALL PROGRAMS
Our programs are designed to introduce kids and teens to the world of CrossFit training in a fun and engaging way. Our goal is to help children build a strong foundation of fitness while also developing a lifelong love of physical activity.In addition to physical activity, our program also emphasizes the importance of proper nutrition and rest. We believe that a healthy lifestyle is essential for overall well-being, and we strive to educate children on the importance of making healthy choices.

Participants enrolled in Conway Elementary School, John Fuller Elementary School, Pine Tree School, Kennett Middle School are eligible for FREE PARTICIPATION due to a grant!Sign up using the appropriate link to the right.

Elementary Fitness & Fun Camp

Looking for a fun, active, and enriching way to keep your child moving this summer? Our Elementary Fitness & Fun Camp is the perfect blend of fitness, games, and social connection for kids in grades 3 through 5.Each day includes structured movement, engaging challenges, and team-building games that help kids stay active, build confidence, and make new friends.

✔️ Please pack a lunch, water bottle, supportive shoes, and workout clothes.

Lifting for Girls Summer Camp

👧 Grades 6–9
This 4-day summer camp is designed exclusively for girls entering grades 6–9 to learn how to lift safely and confidently in a supportive and empowering environment.Whether she’s new to fitness or looking to level up, this camp focuses on developing strength, proper technique, and self-belief—all while having fun with friends.

Highlights include:
Intro to strength training & lifting mechanics
Confidence-building challenges & mindset training
A fun, encouraging environment to grow stronger together

Middle School Summer Session

📅 June 30 – July 23 | Mondays & Wednesdays | 9:30–10:30 AM

👦👧 Grades 6–9
The perfect summer training program for middle schoolers who want to stay active, prep for sports, or build healthy habits that last beyond the gym.Our twice-weekly program is built for teens entering grades 6–9, with programming focused on strength, movement, and long-term fitness development.

Great for athletes or any teen ready to move!

Program focus:
Functional strength, agility & conditioning
Safe training habits & foundational movement skills
Positive environment for staying fit and feeling great

Perfect for teens getting ready for fall sports OR any teen who just wants to stay active over the summer!

Early Elementary School Weekend FUN (Grades K-2)

The EARLY elementary school program is where fun meets fitness! Through this program, younger athletes will discover the joy of movement while developing fundamental skills that will introduce them to how fun a gym setting can be. Our inclusive and accessible approach ensures that all children, regardless of their athletic ability or experience, can participate and feel confident.

We emphasize a foundation of fitness and healthy habits with fun games and information. By the end of the program, children will have a solid foundation in fitness, and they will be excited to continue pursuing a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym.

IMPORTANT: This is a recurring monthly membership (you will be charged each month on the original day that you signed up for), and your child is free to attend class each week on an ongoing basis.

School Vacation Camps

We will run camps for Elementary + Middle School aged children in conjunction with SAU9's Vacation Schedule. Click the link below to stay up to date on camps, and other programs.

Personal Training

- Groups of up to 3 participants
- Flexible scheduling
- Custom programming that will support participants in reaching their specific goals, whether that be sport-specific training or general wellness goals
