FALL PROGRAMS
Our programs are designed to introduce kids and teens to the world of CrossFit training in a fun and engaging way. Our goal is to help children build a strong foundation of fitness while also developing a lifelong love of physical activity.In addition to physical activity, our program also emphasizes the importance of proper nutrition and rest. We believe that a healthy lifestyle is essential for overall well-being, and we strive to educate children on the importance of making healthy choices.

Participants enrolled in Conway Elementary School, John Fuller Elementary School, Pine Tree School, Kennett Middle School are eligible for FREE PARTICIPATION due to a grant!Sign up using the appropriate link to the right.

FREE TUITION IS AVAILABLE FOR THE FIRST 10 PARTICIPANTS WHO ATTEND KENNETT MIDDLE SCHOOL, DUE TO A GRANT.

Welcome to the CrossFit Strength + Conditioning Camp for Grades 6-8! This is an intensive and challenging program designed to help young athletes build strength, power, and endurance using the principles of CrossFit training.

During the camp, athletes will participate in high-intensity workouts that incorporate weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio exercises. Our experienced coaches will work with each athlete to help them improve their form, technique, and performance while also ensuring that they are training safely and effectively.
In addition to physical conditioning, our program also emphasizes the importance of proper nutrition and rest. We believe that a healthy lifestyle is essential for overall well-being, and we strive to educate athletes on the importance of making healthy choices.

At the CrossFit Strength + Conditioning Camp, athletes will develop a strong work ethic, mental toughness, and self-discipline. Our program is designed to be challenging and rewarding for athletes of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced competitors and from those who play sports to those who do not!

Grades 3-5 Summer Camps

Welcome to the CrossFit Fitness and Fun Camp for Grades 3-5! This program is designed to introduce young athletes to the world of CrossFit training in a fun and engaging way. Our goal is to help children build a strong foundation of fitness while also developing a lifelong love of physical activity.

During the camp, children will participate in a variety of activities and games that are designed to build strength, endurance, agility, and coordination. Our experienced coaches will work with each child to ensure that they are having fun and learning new skills in a safe and supportive environment.In addition to physical activity, our program also emphasizes the importance of proper nutrition and rest. We believe that a healthy lifestyle is essential for overall well-being, and we strive to educate children on the importance of making healthy choices.

At the Fitness and Fun Camp, children will learn valuable life skills such as teamwork, perseverance, and self-discipline. Our program is designed to be inclusive and welcoming to children of all fitness levels, so whether your child is a seasoned athlete or just starting out, they will feel supported and challenged throughout the program.

LIFTING IS FOR GIRLS!

Welcome to the Lifting is for Girls Summer camp for Middle Schoolers!

Empower your girls with confidence-building, skill development, and assertiveness through our exclusive program designed to build strength, power, and endurance. Our intensive workouts incorporate weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio, offering a comprehensive approach to fitness that emphasizes proper nutrition and rest for overall well-being.

This program goes beyond physical fitness by enhancing work ethic, mental toughness, and self-discipline. Participants will connect with female peers in a supportive community, building lasting friendships through team activities and challenges. By fostering self-confidence and promoting a positive body image, we help girls develop a healthy relationship with their bodies.The training is age-appropriate, with exercises and routines tailored to the physical and mental development of girls, ensuring a safe and effective experience.

Our encouraging atmosphere is free from social pressures, allowing participants to thrive in a supportive and motivating environment. They will also benefit from learning from female coaches and mentors who serve as role models, guiding and inspiring them to reach their full potential. Through this empowering program, girls will build assertiveness and gain the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the gym.

Early Elementary School Weekend FUN (Grades K-2)

The EARLY elementary school program is where fun meets fitness! Through this program, younger athletes will discover the joy of movement while developing fundamental skills that will introduce them to how fun a gym setting can be. Our inclusive and accessible approach ensures that all children, regardless of their athletic ability or experience, can participate and feel confident.

We emphasize a foundation of fitness and healthy habits with fun games and information. By the end of the program, children will have a solid foundation in fitness, and they will be excited to continue pursuing a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym.

IMPORTANT: This is a recurring monthly membership (you will be charged each month on the original day that you signed up for), and your child is free to attend class each week on an ongoing basis.
