Middle School Fitness Foundations introduces students to a well-rounded approach to fitness, incorporating elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, and cardiovascular exercise. The program emphasizes the importance of proper form and technique, functional movements, and starts to use tools such as barbells and other forms of strength training.
The course is designed to be accessible and inclusive for all students, regardless of their fitness level or experience. By the end of the program, students will have developed a strong foundation in fitness and be equipped with the knowledge and skills to continue pursuing a healthy lifestyle beyond the gym.

The elementary school athlete program is where fun meets fitness! Through this program, younger athletes will discover the joy of movement while developing fundamental skills like strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. Our inclusive and accessible approach ensures that all children, regardless of their athletic ability or experience, can participate and feel confident.
We emphasize proper form, technique, and healthy habits like warm-up and cool-down routines and nutritious food choices. By the end of the program, children will have a solid foundation in fitness, and they will be excited to continue pursuing a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym.
