This 4-day summer camp is designed exclusively for girls entering grades 6–9 to learn how to lift safely and confidently in a supportive and empowering environment.Whether she’s new to fitness or looking to level up, this camp focuses on developing strength, proper technique, and self-belief—all while having fun with friends.

Middle School Summer Session

👦👧 Grades 6–9
The perfect summer training program for middle schoolers who want to stay active, prep for sports, or build healthy habits that last beyond the gym.Our twice-weekly program is built for teens entering grades 6–9, with programming focused on strength, movement, and long-term fitness development.
Great for athletes or any teen ready to move!
Program focus:
Functional strength, agility & conditioning
Safe training habits & foundational movement skills
Positive environment for staying fit and feeling great
Perfect for teens getting ready for fall sports OR any teen who just wants to stay active over the summer!
The EARLY elementary school program is where fun meets fitness! Through this program, younger athletes will discover the joy of movement while developing fundamental skills that will introduce them to how fun a gym setting can be. Our inclusive and accessible approach ensures that all children, regardless of their athletic ability or experience, can participate and feel confident.
We emphasize a foundation of fitness and healthy habits with fun games and information. By the end of the program, children will have a solid foundation in fitness, and they will be excited to continue pursuing a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym.
IMPORTANT: This is a recurring monthly membership (you will be charged each month on the original day that you signed up for), and your child is free to attend class each week on an ongoing basis.

- Flexible scheduling
- Custom programming that will support participants in reaching their specific goals, whether that be sport-specific training or general wellness goals
