Beginning this week, we are adding a new service for our members. Oh yah, and the best part....its FREE! We know you have goals. BIG ones. Or maybe a ton of little ones. Or maybe you think you should have some health and fitness goals but don't know where to begin. ALL of that is awesome! We are here to help, no matter what stage of goal setting or goal achieving you are in.
So, what's a goal review?
You will meet one on one with your coach, to talk about YOUR goals. This session is all about you! We will talk about some of your bright spots, your goals and progress, and things that are challenging you. And at the end of the session, we'll have a plan of how we can help you keep pushing the needle in the right direction. Then we'll meet again in 90 days.

Coach Aimee has 10 spots available for the first goal reviews. They will take about 15-20 minutes (ish). All you have to do is follow this link, and click a time to book.
