We’re thrilled to announce our 4-Week DEKA Circuit Series, designed specifically to build your confidence, speed, and endurance for the upcoming DEKA MILE on August 30th. Whether you’re new to DEKA or aiming to crush a personal record, this focused training block will give you the edge you need.

What is DEKA?

DEKA, from the creators of Spartan, is a functional fitness challenge featuring ten zones of movement paired with running distances. It’s a thrilling test of total-body strength, cardio endurance, and mental grit. The DEKA MILE specifically pairs those zones with just one mile of running—fast, furious, and super fun!

What to Expect

Over these four weeks, Coaches April and Jess will guide you through:
✅ Technique drills for each of the 10 DEKA zones
✅ Speed and pacing strategies
✅ Targeted strength and conditioning
✅ Mental toughness tips to tackle race-day nerves
✅ Scaling and modifications for all levels

Each session is a unique DEKA-inspired circuit, designed to mimic race conditions while keeping things fresh and challenging.
