Introducing Everyday Strength, our new, small group class, dedicated to 3 major lifts, designed to supercharge your strength, build muscle and bust through plateaus!  This class is designed to compliment your CrossFit training, while focusing on building strength without high intensity cardio or gymnastics.

This class is for you if:

You want to focus on building strength

You are stuck in a lifting plateau

You’d like a smaller group and more time with a coach

Here's how Everyday Strength can compliment your regular training:

🏋️‍♂️ Targeted Focus: With a focus on three major lifts - bench, deadlift, and back squat - you'll master proper form and technique while utilizing a wave programming cycle designed to increase your 1RM.

💪 Muscle Mastery:  Coach Paul will have you working in a specialized three-week wave cycle. Each cycle is strategically designed to optomize your time and build strength,, with a dedicated week for recovery to ensure you're always at your peak.

🎯 Goal-Oriented Programming:  This isn't a one-size-fits-all program. Coach Paul will customize his approach to your individual needs and goals, ensuring you get personalized attention, tailored movements and accessory work.

🔒 And with limited spots available in each class, you'll benefit from small group settings that prioritize your success.  We only have 8 spots available. Reserve your place now to secure your spot!  This is an ongoing month to month course, and you are welcome to come in an out on a month to month basis.  Once the class cap is reached, we will start a wait list, for the next available opening.

Dates:  Everyday Strength begins on Monday June10th at 7pm.  Sessions are  Monday, Weds, Thursday nights at 7pm.
