I have been active all my life and love to rock climb, snowboard, hike, bike and generally willing to try anything once. CrossFit has helped me make considerable gains in strength, fitness, agility in all areas of my athleticism.
I have been a member of various gyms and it was often a struggle to go and get a good workout done. CrossFit has been a total game changer in that I look forward to going to classes and seeing what my box mates and I can do together. Between the awesome athletes and first rate WODs (workout of the day), I have found a community of like minded people who are supportive, encouraging and fun. In a gym with a wide variety of athletes, I am always learning so I can be the most effective coach for my athletes. I am honored to be able to coach my peers and see them achieve their goals. My proudest moments are when an athletes is giddy with excitement to show me a movement they never thought they’d be able to do!
