Announcing our fall family event! Family Feud/Family Fun Day!
Which Swiftie family is the fittest?This fun event is sponsored by fellow Swiftie, Ben Brown from Rocky Branch Builders. Ben approached us earlier this summer with the idea for a fun event that would let families get together for some friendly fitness with a splash of competition.We have a fun morning planned for our Swift River families, including some game based workouts for all ages, a post workout pizza party and an awesome tie dye project.

What to expect
Families will engage in a friendly competition in two different age divisions.BEASTIES - Families with kids age 6-11TITANS - Families with kids age 12-18.If you have kids in each age category, we will decide on a division that morning.We will have at least 3 game based, short workouts that will get you smiling, sweaty and are sure to make some memories.Workouts will end around noon, followed by a pizza party sponsored by Rocky Branch Builders, and a tie dye activity for the kids.Please sign up before Sept 11 so we can plan on numbers.
